Mexican fashion designer, Alfredo Martínez, wowed audiences on the final day of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Jalisco with his collection inspired by the iconic heroines of thriller films. The collection consisted of 35 looks and utilized a palette of vibrant colors, including black, white, royal blue, red, and silver, alongside materials such as leather, patent leather, brocades, silk, and textiles to accentuate the female silhouette and subvert traditional gender norms.

The addition of special jewelry, including earrings, bracelets, and necklaces, complemented the outfits and added a touch of glamour to the collection. Martínez successfully conveyed the strength and sensuality of the actresses in thrillers by using references to pop culture in both the clothing and jewelry, resulting in a collection that was both propositional and stylish.

Alfredo Martínez's presentation was held at the prestigious PALCCO, one of the most important complexes in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area, and was complemented by the special participation of Grupo Requiez and the Labenze Design Furniture firm in the front row, resulting in a space that was full of industrial design and fashion.
