For her Fall Winter 2022 collection - L'Atelier Dream Machine - Esther Perbandt was inspired by an old folder with handmade technical drawings and explanations how silk spinning machines are constructed. The designer found this book five years ago in a fireplace nearby the woods in a little French village that used to be known for planting mulberries. This season, Esther Perbandt finally felt that it was time to turn the drawings and old photographs into actual designs, presenting them on the runway.
