Collection No. 11 was inspired by Dutch painter Ger Gerrits, focusing on a modern, primary-led color palette and incorporation of geometric patterns into the smocking and batik-style prints of the season. Merlette brought in elements of nostalgic Victorian broderie anglais, soft romantic cloqué and sunray pleating alongside our signature handwork techniques.
