Véronique Leroy Spring Summer 2024 Lookbook

Véronique Leroy Spring Summer 2024 collection lookbook presented at Paris Fashion Week SS24.

In the luminous studio transformed into a presentation space by the Père-Lachaise cemetery, Belgian designer Véronique Leroy's Spring Summer 2024 collection drew its color palette from the surroundings. The subconscious inspiration translated into a captivating blend of colors, featuring shades of green reminiscent of Thai curry or chartreuse, along with duck egg blue, turquoise, and brown. Leroy's signature silhouettes, both fitted and roomy, textured and plain, were on display.

The collection showcased her mastery of materials like velvet and terrycloth, with Leroy's chunky piping serving as graphic accents and versatile styling elements for each outfit. A notable addition this season was a standalone velvet harness made of piping, designed to be worn over one of her oversized poplin pieces, accentuating the silhouette.

Denim made an appearance in ecru and black, with a voluminous drop-shouldered jacket featuring an oversized collar, while crushed rainwear came in shades of white, green, and her beloved chocolate brown. Leroy's cream chenille mesh bomber jackets, cropped and fitted, stood out as chic and charming additions to the collection. Crushed velvet swimwear served double duty as bodysuits, and a moiré metallic theme played with contrasting colorways, rounding out the collection with style and flair.
