Chloé à La Plage 2026 Campaign

Chloé à la Plage 2026 collection campaign with Apple Martin (Model), David Sims (Photographer), Elodie David Touboul (Wardrobe Stylist), Yadim (Makeup Artist), Paul Hanlon (Hair Stylist).

Few fashion houses are as naturally aligned with the ephemeral beauty of summer as Chloé. For the "Chloé à la Plage 2026" campaign, Creative Director Chemena Kamali continues her soft-focus meditation on femininity and bohemian ease, collaborating with photographer David Sims and art directors Charles Levai and Kevin Tekinel. The result is a visual world that feels less like a commercial endeavor and more like a collective exhale. While the project features Apple Martin in a prominent role, the House wisely ensures that the atmosphere remains the primary focus, proving once again that true desire is often communicated through silence.

Dreamy seaside vignettes serve as the narrative foundation for the imagery, which unfolds with the hazy warmth of a half-remembered memory. Surrealist oversized shells rise from the sand like stage props, creating a landscape where sunlight spills across washed cottons, intricate lace trims, and rich raffia textures. Within this setting, Martin is depicted in embroidered separates and gauzy florals, carrying woven accessories that emphasize a handcrafted aesthetic over hyper-commercial polish. This aesthetic journey frames the Chloé woman as a protagonist of studied ease, inhabiting a world that has been carefully sunlit and intentionally softened to evoke a sense of privileged nonchalance.

The visual language of the season is anchored by a sense of sparseness that resists the modern temptation toward maximalism. Levai and Tekinel build an expansive atmosphere through a pale Mediterranean palette and a minimal use of elements—an expanse of sand here, a singular giant shell there—allowing the textures of the collection to breathe. We observed a masterful application of light and shadow by David Sims, whose lens captures a languid glamour that feels refreshingly unhurried. The garment construction, supported by the wardrobe styling of Elodie David Touboul, prioritizes softness with conviction, while the beauty direction from Yadim and hair stylist Paul Hanlon ensures the skin and hair appear as though they are still warm from a day in the sun.

From our perspective at Kendam, the decision to feature Apple Martin succeeds precisely because of the restraint shown in her presentation. In an era where audiences are increasingly skeptical of over-manufactured visibility, Chloé avoids the trap of forcing an "it girl" narrative. Instead, Martin is absorbed into the mood of the campaign, acting less as a celebrity and more as a symbol of youthful ease. By prioritizing mood over message and whispers over shouts, the campaign avoids algorithmic desperation and instead taps into a timeless form of escapism. Ultimately, "Chloé à la Plage" is a sophisticated reminder that luxury is often at its most potent when it is at its most quiet.
