Roberto Cavalli Fall Winter 2023-24 Fashion Show

Roberto Cavalli's latest collection for Fall Winter 2023-2024 is a stunning showcase of the brand's signature animal prints, patterns, and lavish faux furs. The collection, designed by Fausto Puglisi, pays homage to the founder's sense of spontaneity and freedom while keeping the brand's spirit alive.

Puglisi describes this as his first true Cavalli collection, and it shows. The animal prints were everywhere, from pink and black slipdresses to languid robe coats. Leopard spots popped on jumpsuits with corset lacing and feathery bell-bottoms, while a broken-glass pattern added texture to denim pieces.

The collection also features fur pieces, with Puglisi going big with some floor-length brown and dark green shaggy belted furs. There were also sleeker furs, such as a slimmer floor-length brown fur that kept the chill off a hot pink trouser suit.

Puglisi also looked back to Cavalli's gilded age in the early 2000s, reviving a starburst pattern worn by Italian socialite Marta Marzotto and splashing it across tailored jackets, silky, wide-open shirts, and a long cut-out gown with sleeves as wide as butterfly wings.

Denim pieces and silk and devoré designs that resembled denim were also featured in the collection. A saucy denim corset dress with a devoré train and matching slipdresses, robes, and coats made from sheer silk and velvet were among the highlights.

Puglisi's collection is a stunning tribute to Roberto Cavalli's legacy, offering a modern take on the brand's signature style while keeping its spirit alive.
